Pro. József Gábor  

Born in Hajdúnánás Hungary. Graduated from the Ferenc Liszt Academy of Music, Budapest in 1969 where his piano professor was Kornél Zempléni. After graduation he has been active as piano teacher and given concerts as chamber musician and piano accompanist in Hungary and abroad on a regular basis. He has been the director of Institute of Music, István Széchenyi University, Győr. He is the steady accompanist of the world famous Girl’s Choir of Győr. He is well-versed in the flute, clarinet, violin and song literature and he won a lot of prizes of best accompanist at many competitions. He is professor of Ferenc Liszt Academy of Music, Budapest. He received the most honorable Liszt Award in 2010.
